ABLS Post-Course Evaluation & Steps for CME Credit
Complete the Online Post-Course Evaluation:
When you have successfully passed both Online Written Exams, an Online Post-Course Evaluation must be completed prior to receiving the CME credit. Please use the link below to access the Post-Course Evaluation Form and complete it as soon as possible. It consists of just several MCQs and will only take a few minutes to complete. Instructions are on the website where the form is located. The ABLS will receive a notification when the Post-Course Evaluation Form is submitted, and we keep this available for review by the SMA as the accrediting body.
Provide Online Attestation of Your Actual Hours, Request the SMA CME Certificate and Letter of Course Completion from the ABLS:
In addition to the Online Post-Course Evaluation, every candidate must also complete an Online Attestation of Actual Hours Spent preparing for and taking the Online Written Examinations, with a maximum of 28 credit hours available. So for example, if you spent less than 28 total hours, the attestation should reflect only the number of hours you actually spent. The link to that online form is below, and when completed, click submit and the ABLS will receive it. Included in the form is the request for a SMA CME Certificate for the course. Following receipt of the form, the ABLS will provide a formal Letter and the SMA CME Certificate via email (PDF files) within 5 business days.
